The mission of Facility Service at Indiana University - Purdue University Columbus is to provide a clean, attractive, professionally maintained building for the use of Students, Faculty, and Staff. All maintenance staff and custodial personnel are committed to making your experience at IUPUC a comfortable, friendly, and inviting experience.

With the student in mind, we attempt to set the tone for the best educational learning facility available as well as maintain an over all environment conducive to learning. Facility services is tasked with the management of the two buildings on campus as well as all utilities and all capitol assets. We perform all service requests for building maintenance, renovation, construction, and setups as well as all custodial services. We maintain the grounds to provide an attractive campus for the community and all that use the facilities. We provide snow removal and parking services for all on campus such as starting cars and unlocking cars.

Facility Services at Columbus is dedicated to meeting the needs and addressing the concerns of our campus environment for all Students, Faculty, and Staff. Facility Services also manages the recycling effort for our campus. We provide night security to escort students to their vehicles and to maintain a safe place to learn.
