Advising

Nursing advisors are available to provide students with the direction and support they need to achieve their goal of successfully completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). The Division of Nursing encourages students to see an advisor every semester to ensure that they are on track to complete their degree in the anticipated time frame. However, the student is ultimately responsible for planning his or her program and meeting degree requirements.

Pre-BSN Students are students who have been admitted to the university but have not yet completed application requirements for admission into the Division of Nursing. Pre-BSN students see the pre-nursing advisor.

BSN Students are students who have completed application requirements and been admitted into the Division of Nursing. BSN students are advised by nursing faculty.
