Your academic advisors for the Division of Business are Summer Bowman and Julie David. As a business student at IUPUC, you'll work closely with Summer or Julie to select and register for classes that will apply toward your degree program.

You can track your progress toward completing your degree with this comprehensive checklist that includes all general education, required, and elective courses from which you may choose. The checklist also includes courses required for concentrations in accounting, finance, health services admininstrationmanagement, and marketing.

Advising

If you are a new IUPUC student, you will receive information from University College about attending a new student orientation session and completing any needed placement testing, both of which are required before you can register for classes.

Once that is complete, schedule an appointment and speak with a knowledgeable advisor in the Division of Business about developing a personal plan of study that fits your interests and career goals.

The 120-credit Bachelor of Science in Business degree includes a series of courses designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and perspectives required to successfully complete the program. You will work closely with an academic advisor to determine what classes are a good fit for you and to help register for classes that will apply toward your degree. To learn more about course content and focus for business classes at IUPUC, please explore the course descriptions.

Throughout the duration of your studies, you are required to make satisfactory academic progress and comply with the university's academic policies. If you have questions about these policies, your advisor can assist you.
