Biographical Statement

Ilknur Kelceoglu worked as a lecturer at Anadolu University in Turkey until she was awarded with a full government scholarship to study abroad in 1999. During her studies at the Ohio State University (OSU), she provided administrative support as a graduate administrative associate for the Eisenhower National Clearinghouse (ENC) from 2001 to 2005; helped implement e-Portfolios as a graduate teaching associate for the School of Teaching and Learning from 2003 to 2004; taught graduate research courses as an adjunct professor for the School of Teaching and Learning from 2004 to 2006; and supported technology implementation as an e-Learning consultant for Technology Enhanced Learning and Research (TELR) from 2005 to 2006. After graduation, she started working as an adjunct professor for the Division of Education at IUPUC, and became a clinical assistant professor and coordinator of the computer education program in 2008. In 2012, she added the responsibility of Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) associate, which supports integration of learning technologies for IUPUC, Ivy Tech, and Purdue University faculty and staff. Her areas of interest are: technology in teacher education, teaching and learning with technology, Web 2.0 applications, e-Learning, e-Portfolios, classroom technologies, and curriculum integration.
