The Office of the Registrar maintains the official academic record for all courses taken at IUPUC.

Your IUPUC courses, grades, and credits will appear on an Official Transcript ordered from Indiana University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). Information about ordering official transcripts from IUPUI covers several methods: In Person, By Fax, Express Delivery, and By Mail.

If you are already familiar with IUPUI choices on their Transcript page, you may go directly to the form by clicking this Transcript Request link. The form can be completed online and printed for mailing or sending via FAX.

If you attended any campus of the university for any period prior to 1965, your transcript is available through the Bloomington campus only. Please visit this link to request your official transcript.
