The Office of the Registrar prints rosters for each course offering on
the last night of registration. The rosters are delivered to the schools
the next morning. Generally speaking, the rosters for a Fall semester
are available the day before classes, where in the Spring and Summer
terms, the rosters are delivered the first morning of the term. A second
roster is printed at the end of the first week of the term and reflects
any changes in enrollment since the last roster. Look for these rosters
in the schools/departments early in the second week of classes.
The initial rosters list the student's name, student id number, class,
school, major, address, phone number, and, if activated, their IUPUC
e-mail address. Please understand that as with any user, the presence of
an e-mail address does not guarantee the student checks the mail on a
regular basis. For students at this campus, the situation is complicated
by the fact that many students may use a commercial or business address
as their primary source for e-mail. You may wish to remind students who
use other e-mail systems that they may want to forward their IUPUC
e-mail to their primary address.
