Who are we? The Student Alumni Association is the student contingent of the IUPUC Alumni Association and we want to help you build a lifelong relationship with IUPUC- right now! We’re all about IUPUC pride, tradition, and spirit. The SAA provides exclusive events, programs and networking opportunities that will provide a variety of ways for you to get involved while you are on campus! And the SAA will help you build a lifelong relationship with IUPUC and prepare you to connect and maintain relationships with over 4,500 IUPUC alumni!

What do we do?

• Connect with Alumni – Jump start your career by connecting with an IUPUC Alumni mentor in your field.
  • Talk to Alumni Relations Coordinator if this is something that interests you.
• Give back to the Community- participate in one or more of several community service events.
  • IU Cares
    • Adopt a Road
    • Horizon House/Anchor House
• Connect with Alumni and students through IUPUCAA & SAA co-sponsored events.
  • Ice Cream Social
• SAA/Alumni Networking Luncheon
  • Invite 5-7 Alumni, 3-5 SAA members, VC &D, DEA Staff-
  • An intimate lunch for updates and progress made at IUPUC in general & specifics on key projects that could be the product of ideas generated by them.
• Mock Interviews
  • For SAA members only
  • Invite alumni to assist with mock interviews.
  • Open to only 10 students- 2 days of interviews.
    • First 10 to reply will be given the opportunity to participate.
• SAA Retreats
  • The SAA holds a social event to help SAA members get to know one another better.
    • Ski trip, bowling, putt-putt golf, IU football game, IU basketball game, LeaderShape.
• T-Shirt Days- show your SAA spirit by wearing your t-shirt and you just might get a freebie for doing so!

Free Stuff
With your $10 membership fee, you get a member welcome kit that includes a unique SAA members only t-shirt, an IU cup, and membership key card that will score you freebies and discounts throughout the year.

Deals
Your membership pays for itself through special promotional events on campus. Enjoy discounts at a variety of regional businesses and restaurants.
