What You Should Know
If you need to set up or manage a network account, go to https://itaccounts.iu.edu. A network account or network ID is needed to access many online services including Oncourse, IUPUI Web mail, and local network services.
If you have any problems with your network ID or with services that are accessed
with the network ID, contact the IT support person located in the Information
Commons at 812.314.8702.
Faculty and staff can reserve a computer lab for classroom use or training. Go to http://www.iupuc.edu/cptlab/scheduling.asp. Read the instructions for needed information and check the schedule. Once your have determined your needs and lab availability, send your request using the e-mail address that is provided on that page.
