Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Personnel
Administration is to coordinate and administer the hiring and compensation of
all IUPUC faculty and staff in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to
university guidelines as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Our goal
is to create and maintain an accessible and confidential environment that
promotes awareness and understanding. We aim to provide accurate information and
timely service in a courteous manner.
