Application for Elementary Teacher Education
To be considered for admission into the Learning to Teach/Teaching to Learn program, you must submit your application by February 7 for Fall semester and October 7 for Spring semester.
Checklist for Application Packet
Submit a $20 non-refundable application fee to the IUPUC Bursar Office; attach receipt to application material.
Complete

Obtain an Indiana limited criminal history check
.
For fall block I, criminal history checks must be dated between August 1 and August 15. For spring block I, criminal history checks must be dated between December 1 and December 15.
Attach original of Praxis I Preprofessional Skills Test (PPST) scores or bring original to Division of Education to be copied.
