Completed faculty annual review forms and updated CVs should be submitted to
Division Heads by Monday, February 11, 2008.
Notes to Division Heads
Division Head FARs, administrative review forms, and updated CVs are due in
the Vice Chancellor and Dean’s office on Monday, February 11, 2008.
In order to provide additional time for you to conduct individual reviews of your
faculty, their FARs, Division Head reviews, and updated CVs will be due in the Vice
Chancellor and Dean’s office on Monday, March 10, 2008.
