Personnel Administration

The Office of Personnel Administration at IUPUC coordinates and administers the hiring and compensation for faculty, staff, and student workers.

We follow and adhere to all Indiana University human resource guidelines as well as federal, state, and local regulations.

Our goal is to create and maintain an accessible, confidential employment environment that promotes awareness and understanding among all full-time and part-time personnel.

We aim to provide accurate information and timely service in a courteous manner.
