IUPUC staff members complete self-assessments each year to note their accomplishments and overall performance. The assessments include a review of current job duties and responsibilities. Performance evaluations are not conducted for student employees.
Annual Review Process for 2013
The annual review forms for 2013 will be processed through SharePoint. Directions for completing the forms, along with the personalized link to your annual review form, will be distributed via e-mail.
- Timeline: Forms will be distributed to staff the week of Monday, January 13, 2014.
- Due date: Forms must be completed by all staff employees by Monday, February 10, 2014.
2013 Supervisory Forms
- Timeline: Forms will be distributed Monday, February 10, 2014.
- Due date: Forms must be completed by Monday, March 10, 2014.
The self-evaluation and supervisory review processes should be complete no later than Friday, March 14, 2014.
