Indiana University requires timely payment of all tuition and fees (see fee payment policy). You may make your full payment by the due date indicated on your tuition bill or utilize the payment plan option, which includes a deferment fee.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

The Office of Bursar Services can accept payment by check, cash, money order, or cashier's checks.  We are unable to accept debit or credits cards. Mail personal checks made payable to Indiana University or a money order at least five (5) days before the due date to:

Please remember to:

  • Write your student ID number on your check, money order, or other documents
  • Include the payment stub from your statement
  • Do not mail post-dated checks

Electronic Transfer/International Payments

Students can pay their bursar balances by using WU GlobalPay for Students.  This preferred international payment option allows students to submit payments in over 130 different currencies while providing a simple and secure way to initiate and complete transactions. There are no transaction charges from WU GlobalPay or IUPUC, although you may be charged a transaction fee by your bank. Follow the instructions on the GlobalPay website to make a payment.  Please note:  you may need to enable pop-ups on your computer.
