You have three options to apply for admission:

There is a $65 non-refundable application fee. If you are a student with limited financial resources, you may be eligible for an admission application fee waiver. Contact an admissions team member for more details.
- Send your test scores
You do not need to take both tests to apply, however, taking both may increase your chances for admission and scholarship consideration.
We’ll only consider official test scores sent directly from the testing agencies. When you take each test, you’ll be asked to list the universities where you want your scores sent. Use the codes listed below to have your official scores sent to IUPUC.

- Request your high school transcripts sent to IUPUC
To complete your application for admission, we'll need an official high school transcript and a full senior year schedule (not just fall courses). The transcript and full senior year schedule may be sent directly from your high school. If your school sends transcripts electronically, please use firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also have your transcript mailed to the following address:

Your offer of admission is contingent upon the successful completion of the academic coursework outlined in your transcript and/or admission application. We expect you to maintain your high level of academic performance. Please note that if you are admitted and choose IUPUC, you can send a copy of your high school transcript with final grades and graduation date as soon as it is available.
