Save Your Seat

Consider this your first college assignment

Becoming a member of the Crimson Pride starts here. IUPUC requires all fall freshmen beginning in fall 2019 to officially accept their offer of admission by paying a non-refundable $100 enrollment deposit or requesting an enrollment deposit waiver.

Once your deposit is received, it will be marked as such on your student record. Your deposit will appear as a credit on your financial account.

You'll need your 10-digit university ID to send your deposit or request a waiver. If you are not sure what yours is, you can look it up

Who pays the deposit?

First time freshman admitted to IUPUC for an August (Fall) term are required to pay the enrollment deposit.

Freshmen admitted for other terms, or other student populations (including transfer and second-degree students) are not responsible for a deposit.

Tell us you are committed

If you are an admitted first time freshman, show your commitment by selecting the appropriate option to pay or waive your enrollment deposit for the August (Fall) term.  We are excited that you are committing to the Crimson Pride and look forward to seeing you on campus!

Pay by check

If you wish to pay by check you can do so by mailing your deposit via the U.S. postal system or by visiting our office.  Please use our check payment form to create a document to attach with your check.  We do not accept cash for payment.

After you have committed

Once received, it can take up to five business days for your deposit or waiver to be reflected on your student record. You should receive a receipt of payment (or confirmation that your waiver was received) after you send your deposit.

If anything further is needed to process your waiver, you will be contacted by our office.
