Nominations now being accepted for the 2021 Edna V. Folger Outstanding Teacher Award
Edna Folger set the early standard for teachers in Columbus. In her honor the Edna V. Folger Outstanding Teacher Award was created to renew awareness of the immeasurable influence teachers have on their students and recognize the traditional image of the teacher as a community role model. The award was established by Arvin Industries, recently sponsored by Faurecia Clean Mobility and SIHO, and currently sponsored by the Community Education Coalition and the Center for Teaching & Learning at IUPUC.
Review this information sheet with details about the award and previous winners. The award is presented at the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting.
