This program features presentations by IUPUC professors Dr. Kevin Jones and Dr. Jon Padfield. The forum addresses challenges, issues, and concerns regarding data privacy, including the implications of sacrificing data privacy, and discuss actions people can take toward regaining personal data privacy.

jonpadfieldweb.jpgDr. Jon Padfield is an Assistant Professor of Management at IUPUC, and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 24 years of experience in industry leading medical device, automotive, and security products companies. Additionally, Padfield has 7 years of experience running his own Analytics & Innovation training and consulting business and 4 years full-time University teaching experience (Organizational Leadership, Supply Chain Management, and Industrial Engineering Technology).

kevin-jones-250.jpgDr. Kevin Jones is an Associate Professor of Management at IUPUC and a human resource development leader who applies organizational development practice and organizational communication theory to deliver results for organizations. Dr. Jones has over 25 years of experience in leadership, management, and human resource development roles and seeks to inspire and challenge students through a “real world” practitioner’s perspective supported by leading-edge research.

Moderator: Frank Wadsworth, Ph.D

wadsworth.jpgFrank Wadsworth currently serves as a Professor of Marketing and International Studies. Additoinally, he serves as the Divison Head of IUPUC's Division of Business, a title he has held since starting at IUPUC in 2011. Wadsworth holds a Ph.D from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as degrees from Michigan State University and Purdue University.
