One of the fundamental—and most diverse—engineering disciplines, mechanical engineering equips you to make a difference on the smallest micro-scale level, as well as in large, complex systems. Each day, mechanical engineering principles are used in the conception, design, development, and manufacture of almost every product or process known to man.

The Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree is an IUPUI program that grants a Purdue University degree. All courses required for this degree can be completed on the IUPUC campus.

  • State-of-the art classrooms, engineering software, experimental laboratories and facilities in the Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence (AMCE)
