Biographical Statement

Advising and counseling has been my main focus my entire career.   I have been in K-12 education for 11 years, the juvenile justice system for 2 years, and adult diversion courts for 2 years.  Those experiences have provided a solid foundation for my transition to Academic Counseling at the collegiate level.   I enjoy working with students to help them focus upon their strengths in setting and reaching academic and career goals.
